The DMTF wall-mount Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flow meter family provides abundant capabilities for accurate liquid flow measurement from outside of a pipe. It utilizes state-of-the-art technologies on ultrasonic transmission /receiving, digital signal processing and transit-time measurement. The proprietary signal quality tracking and self-adapting technologies allow system to optimally adapt to different pipe materials automatically.
The flow meters of the DMTF family are carefully designed so that their user-interfaces are self-explanatory and their operation is simple and easy. The unique clamp-on fixture design makes the installation very simple and no special skills or tools are required.
Due to the non-invasive nature of the clamp-on technology, there is no pressure drop, no moving parts, no leaks, no risk of contamination, no risk of corrosion, no pressure dependency.

The proprietary signal quality tracking and self-adapting technologies allow system to optimally adapt to different pipe materials automatically.

Due to hot-tapped mounting of insertion transducers, there is no ultrasonic compound and coupling problem; Even though the transducers are inserted into pipe wall, they do not intrude into the flow, thus, do not generate disturbance or pressure drop to the flow. Comparing with clamp on flow meter, the insertion (wetted) type has the advantage of long-term stability and better accuracy.
Portable Transit Time Ultrasonic Flow meter

Series DMTFP Portable Transit Time Flow Meters are a state-of-the-art universal transit-time flow meter designed using Multibeam technology and low-voltage broadband pulse transmission, feature the worlds advanced non-invasive flow measurement technology C providing a measuring system with unsurpassed accuracy, versatility, ease of installation and dependability. Although designed primarily for cleaner liquids, the flow meter can reliably measure liquids containing moderate amounts of suspended solids or aeration. DMTFP is designed for long- or short-term flow measurement surveys on full-pipe liquid systems and is ideal for verifying calibration of permanently mounted flow meters of all types.
The flow meter features a tactile keypad, 24-hour battery (rechargeable), back lit graphics display C all integrated into a rugged, watertight enclosure.

Clamp-on, or Insertion transducers permit the instrument to be installed in minutes without interrupting system pressure or flow. In addition, no pressure head-loss is created; therefore system pump horsepower requirements are reduced. The DMDF1 transmitter has a full keypad designed for simple field setup and application versatility. The two-line, backlit, alphanumeric display shows instantaneous flow rate and totalized flows in a variety of user selectable engineering units.

Handheld Ultrasonic Flow meter

The handheld ultrasonic flow meter is latest innovation ultrasonic flow meter for low cost, high portability, high accuracy and non-intrusive flow measurement. Wall-Mount Ultrasonic Transit-Time Flowmeter I

Model STUF-200F1B is clamp-on wall-mount flowmeter. It employees a pair of clamp-on ultrasonic transducers to measure the flow from outside of the pipe. Due to the non-intrusive nature of the clamp-on technique, there is no pressure drop, no moving parts, no leaks and no contamination. The installation is very simple and no special skills or tools required
Wall-Mount Ultrasonic Transit-Time Flowmeter II

Model STUF-200F1C employees a pair of insertion-type ultrasonic transducers to measure the flow by inserting the transducers into the pipe wall. The transducers do not extrude into the flow, thus, do not generate any disturbance or pressure drop to the flow. Comparing with clamp-on installation, the insertion type has advantage of long-term stability and better accuracy
Wall-Mount Ultrasonic Transit-Time Flowmeter III

Model STUF-200F1G utilizes a flow cell (or so-called spool-piece) where transducers are already built-in. The big advantage are its high-accuracy and long-term stability. It is calibrated in factory and no extra error will be introduced by installation. Since it is still non-invasive, it does not generate any disturbance or pressure drop to the flow
Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flowmeter

The STUF-200RB energy measurement system combines our high accuracy clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter together with standard temperature sensors and computes the thermal energy transfer in a pipe accordingly.

STUF-200RB system includes three parts: the main unit, the ultrasonic transducers, and the temperature sensors. The main unit is a high-accuracy ultrasonic transit-time flowmeter. Its enclosure can be a standard version or an explosive-proof version. The ultrasonic transducers are clamp-on type and very easy to install. The temperature sensors can be standard Pt sensor or customer-supplied sensor.

STUF-200RB can be used for energy consumption measurement of a heating / cooling system in office buildings, apartment complexes, or any  liquid-based thermal energy production system. It can also be used to monitor the efficiency of an energy production system such as HVAC installation
