Easy to Use : Simple to programmed so that only a single button needs to be pressed for a titration, everything else is automatic. The unique Low Drift Cell glassware design is by far the easiest to use and also the most robust. The "O" ring system allows the joints to seal completely without the use of grease or Teflon sleeves. Results & Records : The built-in high speed printer provides hard copy of results and even allows duplicate print outs if required. Result can also be downloaded via the Result Manager software package onto a pc spreadsheet format.

Spares & Accessories : A comprehensive glassware pack including electrodes, vessel, leads, syringe, printer paper, etc is supplied as standard. A calibration certificate and 12 month warranty are also provided.

Reagents : Specially formulated to provide optimum performance with all makes and models. Our unique reagents provide improved sample miscibility and solubility. Our reagents are packaged in single shot screw top bottles containing 100ml anoge reagent and 5ml easy-snap ampoules of cathode charges and 2 water standards.

Our moisture measuring system DS4A  it's possible to supervise this parameters:

• With the material moisture sensor it's possible to measure the material moisture in the walls, a rising material moisture can be detected. 
• With the relative air humidity sensors LFLTx  it's possible to measure the relative humidity and the air temperature, the dew point is calculated from the measured values.
• With the quick surface temperature sensor WT the wall temperature van be measured and compared with the dew point.

Application & Improvement of the concrete quality

• The application of Sand Moisture Meter BTS-3000 is to measures all types of sand and aggregates with grain sizes up to 8 mm.
• The main advantage of a moisture measurement is the substantial improvement of the concrete quality. By measuring continuously during the complete batching procedure, the moisture values are detected and the whole production process is permantly controlled. This ensures an exact sand / water correction.

Function & Modular Structure 

• The BTS-3000 receives and processes the signals of the sensor and converts them into moisture values. The moisture is measured directly in the flow of bulk material, which ensures the cleaning of the sensor through the flowing material.

• Thanks to the modular structure, it is possible to enlarge the moisture measurement without any problems, as up to 4 sensors can be connected. The BTS-3000 can be integrated into any PLC or control system without additional software.

Display Range & Measurement

• The display range of the BTS-3000 can be flexibly adjusted within 0-30 %. For production with mainly drier materials, the display range should be adjusted between 0 and 10 % in order to obtain a better readability of the graphical moisture display.

• The BTS-3000 reads and processes the measured data 100 times per second to detect the exact moisture content. The measurement is executed in real-time which means that the measured value is available without delay. That way, moisture fluctuations can also be recognized with fast flowing material.
