Non-contact level indicators Ecophyspribor is the set of devices that intended for detection of presence or absence of liquid or bulk material inside the tested vessel on the definite level

The absence of contact between device components and tested material allows to use the Ecophyspribor level indicators for control of vessels filled with:

• corrosive, abrasive, aggressive, toxic, biology-hazard materials;
• molted and cryogenic materials;
• foams, suspensions, slurries, powders, pulps, charges.

Temperature and pressure inside the vessel can be of any value.

Ecophyspribor`s level indicators work quite clearly in the case of cone or funnel-shaped surfaces which are formed during filling or emptying the vessel.

The principle of action is based on detection of the gamma-radiation change caused by the change of tested material level. Gamma-radiation of natural background, of ecologically safe source Na-22, of chemicals with natural concentration of K-40 are used in different system modifications.

Device blocks are maid hermetically sealed or explosion proof, are stable for vibrations and adapted for hard climatic conditions.

For different tasks a series of modifications and several variants of components dispositions are supposed.

The absence of contact between device components and tested material allows to use the Ecophyspribor level indicators for the control of vessels filled with:

• corrosive, abrasive, aggressive, toxic, biology-hazard materials;
• molted and cryogenic materials;
• foams, suspensions, slurries, powders, pulps, charge.
